KKALPANA INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD. made a small beginning in the year 1977 by setting up PVC compounding Plant in Kolkata. Under the leadership of Late Sri D C Surana the chairman of the company, it grew manifold.
The corporate journey of KKALPANA INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD begun in 1985 under the stewardship of Mr. Narrindra Suranna, present Chairman and Managing Director, with setting up of green field manufacturing facilities on the eastern and western coasts of India. The Company, having had its successful public issue and listing on the stock markets, emerged on the national and international scene. Thereafter, the Company carried out green and brown field projects to spread its product portfolio.
Along with the growth in production of plastic compounds the generation of waste can not be ignored. Therefore, waste management and its recycling is of prime importance to save our nature and its environment from pollution to keep it green for the benefit of mankind and all living bodies on this planet.
KIL’s core strength is in compounding, formulation and quality. Our Company realized importance of plastic recycling and In pursuit of our Mission and Vision, our company thought it is prudent to set up its first unit in Falta SEZ, West Bengal with modern amenities for recycling of Polyolefins like LLDPE/LDPE/HDPE/PP.
In the view of modern outlook of the current CMD Mr. N. Suranna, the group has established a modern plastic recycling plant with the capacity of 15000 MT yearly at Bhasa, South 24 Parganas West Bengal in the year 2022. The plant process recycling of the waste plastic and converts them to world class plastic compounds. The plant is well equipped with modern machineries, world class R & D centre and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
The Modern Recycling Facility at Bhasa has set a benchmark in quality, with all its products and has become the preferred choice of discerning buyers. It has implemented Integrated Management System to focus on Quality, Environment, Health & Safety; in line with Group’s other manufacturing units.
With our Continued thrive towards achieving the Highest Quality Upcycled Products out of Plastic Waste we have been awarded Global Recycling Standard Certification within few months of starting the new facility.
